Your Donation Saves Lives

Thank you for your interest in supporting Patient Services, Inc. (PSI). For over two decades, PSI has been fortunate to receive generous financial support from the private sector and individuals who simply want to help chronically ill patients afford the cost of their treatment. We hope that you will find it in your heart to help us continue to provide a financial safety net to the chronically ill. If you have any questions about giving to PSI, please contact Mandy Herbert, Director of Community Outreach, at [email protected].

Patient Services is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization. Your contributions to Patient Services are tax-deductible. Through the generosity of donors like you, we can truly continue "making the gift of health a lifetime benefit®".

Corporate Giving

Generous charitable contributions help Patient Services maintain and expand its program offerings, and ultimately serve more people across the country. In fact, over 90% of funds are directly invested in growing or enhancing new programs that allow us to pay insurance premiums, pharmacy bills, and the cost of recurring treatment co-payments.

As with most gifts, your company's donation is tax-deductible. For more information on the sponsorship opportunities currently available, or to arrange an appointment to discuss your preferred giving plan, please contact PSI's Program Development Department at [email protected]
