Types of Assistance
Patient Services, Inc. continues to provide peace of mind to patients living with specific chronic illnesses by providing financial assistance to eligible persons by:

 

  • Subsidizing the cost of health insurance premiums
  • Providing pharmacy and treatment copayment assistance
  • Providing travel assistance
Ancillary Assistance
Ancillary assistance includes a wide range of healthcare services to support treatment for the program diagnosis. This may include out of pockets costs for medical visits, hospitalizations, laboratory testing, durable medical equipment, etc.
Copayment Assistance
Copayment assistance is provided for FDA approved and indicated treatment for the program diagnosis. Patient must have health insurance and PSI will assist with the patient’s copayment or coinsurance.
Infusion and Nursing Services
Infusion and Nursing Services assists with costs associated with the infusion of FDA approved and indicated treatment and nursing services for the program diagnosis.
Health Insurance Premium
PSI assists with the cost of patient’s health insurance policy.
Travel Assistance
PSI assists with patient travel expenses related to receiving medical care for the program diagnosis. This may include fuel, ambulance services, lodging, and public transportation.
